"My name is Malcolm Heady and I am one of the oldest members of the Leeds Marquetry Group. I joined in the early 1980s after a career in joinery, and enjoy designing and making marquetry pictures. This includes ships on which I have served ( I was a bridge boy on The Queen Mary). I was treasurer of the LMG for seven years and continue to enjoy marquetry (and swimming) as an active 89 years old."
